I started baking my own breads because I missed the hearty, satisfying German fare. After completing a month long apprenticeship with a German baker overseas in February 2013, I started baking ‘officially’ and have been selling my goodies at various farmers’ markets throughout the seasons.
As a family, we believe that organic is the way to go; it is very important to minimize the stress we put on our bodies every single day. So much is out of our control but eating organic foods is one thing we have in our hands.
